Our Women’s Wellbeing Programme creates a welcoming and supportive space where women can come together and take part in a wide range of activities. Alongside cycling, this includes walking, yoga, Zumba, boxercise, swimming, volleyball, outdoor fitness, and mindfulness.
We also offer healthy eating sessions and Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshops, providing safe and supportive spaces to talk openly, manage stress, and build confidence.
By offering friendly, accessible activities in local green spaces, London Cycling Club supports women to stay active, feel less isolated, and build strong, lasting connections within their communities across North London.
