''I’m Elif, 45. After back surgery, my GP advised me to be more active, but I lacked motivation. Seeing Turkish women cycling on Instagram inspired me to start. I joined yoga, walking, and cycling sessions, as well as dietitian events at the London Cycling Club.

In just a few months, I lost over 5kg, gained confidence, and made new friends. The Women Wellbeing Programme, with its supportive coaches and coordinator Menekse, truly changed my life. My daughter also learned to cycle with the club, and now we ride together to school and local parks.''

''I’m Zuhal, and I live in Enfield. I joined the cycle training programme at the London Cycling Club a few months ago, and it has completely changed my life. I was never very active before, but I had always wanted to learn to cycle. This programme gave me that opportunity and has also helped me become more active overall. I now have more energy, sleep better, and feel far more positive.

If you’re looking for a way to get active and improve your wellbeing, I highly recommend the London CC cycling programme. It’s a fantastic way to learn new skills, meet people, and boost your health.''

''Joining the LCC’s cycling and wellbeing programme has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I used to struggle with staying active and eating well, but since joining I’ve seen real positive changes.

The wide range of activities from cycling, walking, and yoga kept me motivated and helped me discover new skills. The coaches were supportive and friendly, and I made great friends who made the journey even more enjoyable.

This programme has boosted my confidence, fitness, and wellbeing. I’d recommend it to all women.''
